Beixin Relic Pagoda

Address: Beixin Village, Ronghe Town, Wanrong County

The pagoda was originally an auxiliary structure of the Chongsheng Chan Monastery, built in the 16th year of the Hongwu reign during the Ming Dynasty (1383). The monastery has since been destroyed, leaving only the pagoda. It is a three-tiered, dome-shaped brick pagoda, commonly referred to as "the pagoda," standing 21 meters tall. The base is square, measuring 7.8 meters on each side. The first and second tiers are square, the third tier is a circular dome, and the finial at the top has been destroyed.

On October 7, 2019, Beixin Relic Pagoda was included in the eighth batch of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units.

Beixin Village: Located 4 kilometers north of Ronghe Town, Beixin Village enjoys convenient transportation. The village consists of one resident group, with 34 households and a population of 151, including 7 Party members. The cultivated land area covers 198 mu. The main sources of income for villagers are agriculture, animal husbandry, and labor export. The terrain within the village area is mostly flat, with some hilly regions. In terms of cropping, the focus is on wheat and grapes, with miscellaneous grains planted after autumn harvest. The average per capita income in 2008 was around 2,500 yuan.
