Shishan Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Nanning Shishan Park is a national AAA-level comprehensive park. It was renamed as Nanning Shishan Park in November 1994, officially opened to the public in December 1995, and became free of charge on May 1, 2008, receiving over one million visitors annually. The park is situated in the northeastern part of Nanning, bordered by Kunlun Avenue to the south, Yongwu Road to the west, and Xiangzhu Avenue to the north. It is the largest park in Nanning in terms of total green space and is known as a "natural oxygen bar."

The park covers a total area of 64.5 hectares (967 mu), including 6.5 hectares (98 mu) of water surface. It currently features the largest and most diverse specialized bamboo garden in the region, showcasing the greatest variety of ornamental bamboo species. In 2015, it was designated as a "Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Science Education Base" and has gradually developed into an ecological wetland and waterside landscape centered around lotus culture. The park also includes 30 sets of Lingnan-style garden architecture and the iconic Bamboo Shadow Bridge. The integration of Lingnan culture and bamboo culture forms the theme of the park’s landscape. Additionally, it serves as an anti-corruption cultural education base for Nanning’s gardening system. The park is divided into six functional areas: waterside activity zone, amusement and fitness zone, ecological experience zone, lawn activity zone, pine and bamboo quiet rest zone, and bamboo shadow leisure zone. It has evolved into a comprehensive urban ecological park that integrates leisure, entertainment, culture, science education, and fitness.
