Nanning Rural World Scenic Area

Nanning Rural World Scenic Area is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Nanning Rural World was established in 2005, located in Santang Town, Xingning District, Nanning City, about 20 kilometers from the city center. It was planned and constructed by Nanning Weining Ecological Park Co., Ltd., covering an area of over 1,000 acres. It is a diversified, multifunctional resort integrating conference training, dining and accommodation, sports and leisure, rural tourism, agricultural sightseeing, and demonstration.

The resort features a comprehensive range of facilities including hotel reception, conference rooms, specialty restaurants, a multi-purpose sports arena, chess and card rooms, an auto tourism campsite, a large barbecue area, an equestrian club, a CS combat city, a professional outdoor training base, a national defense education base, a grape plantation, a fruit garden, greenhouses for melon and fruit cultivation, and a children’s playground. The scenic area is traversed from north to south by the Santang River and Bicui River, forming numerous streams, lakes, ponds, and islands, creating a diverse aquatic landscape. With beautiful natural ecological surroundings, a vegetation greening rate of 95%, and high negative ion content in the air, it is one of Nanning’s nearby natural oxygen bars.

The scenic area boasts a healthy ecological environment with high negative ion levels and superior natural conditions. As the second-largest egrets’ habitat in Guangxi, it provides an excellent ecotourism environment. It has become Nanning’s largest diversified, multifunctional base integrating outdoor sports and leisure, conference training, and agricultural demonstration – truly a “sports supermarket, fruit-picking paradise, and vacation haven.”

Santang Town: Overview: Located northeast of Nanning City, Santang Town lies in the urban-rural fringe zone, contiguous with Donggouling New District in Xingning District. It is traversed by the Nanwu Highway, providing convenient transportation and abundant land resources.
