The International · Ruyi Island Eco Scenic Area is a National AAA-level tourist attraction.

The International · Ruyi Island Scenic Area is composed of a 6-kilometer natural water lake and was rated as a National 3A-level tourist attraction in 2016. Located about a one-hour drive from Nanning, Guangxi, the area lies within karst inland mountainous terrain with undulating hills, creating the natural “Ruyi Island” shape on the lake. The area boasts numerous stone forests, beautiful scenery, countless caves, winding paths leading to serene spots, and the Chenxiang Pool, earning it the reputation of being a “landscape gallery” and a “paradise on earth.” Nearly 30,000 acres of flowers are planted here, creating a floral spectacle.

The International · Ruyi Island Eco Scenic Area is located in Xinhe Town, known as Guangxi’s land of pristine waters. It represents the group’s inaugural flagship project aiming to create a hundred-billion-yuan leisure tourism, floral, fragrance, and wedding industry chain by focusing on flowers and the aromatic industry. Embracing millennia of serene landscapes and emphasizing humanistic care and wellness, the project adheres to a refined and perfect design philosophy, establishing Yuede’s most comprehensive modern ecological agriculture-themed scenic area. The project will also become China’s first world-brand flower trading market.

As an integral part of Xinhe Town’s 4A-level tourism zone, the International · Ruyi Island Eco Scenic Area encompasses a comprehensive water sightseeing reception center, children’s water park, Love Island Theme Park, themed hotels, modern cultural zones, university industry parks, entrepreneurship zones, flower planting bases, botanical museums, club hotels, the Sibatun New Countryside Demonstration Zone, Love Fairy Tale Theme Park, health and leisure culture theme parks, indigenous cultural zones, and botanical museums—all integrated into one.

The International · Ruyi Island Eco Scenic Area covers a total area of approximately 13.3 square kilometers. Designed in the style of the new Republican era, it blends pristine natural landscapes with traditional Chinese garden techniques to create poetic, picturesque scenery in harmony with nature. The scenic area plans to include various property types such as courtyard clubs, themed hotels, multi-story apartments, courtyard residences, and resorts. The main unit types are courtyard residences of 80 square meters, 140 square meters, and 200 square meters, all featuring Yuede’s premium finishing standards. The development aims to build a vibrant, healthy, and colorful lifestyle platform for members and club patrons, fostering refined social interaction. It offers a warm, comfortable, joyful, and relaxing living experience, delivering a carefree and leisurely residential atmosphere with the convenience of move-in readiness.
