It is a cultural relic protection unit at the autonomous region level. Located in Nongsuo Village, Longjing Township, Xishan Township, Bama Yao Autonomous County, Hechi City, Guangxi, about 35 kilometers from the county seat. In 1930, the Red Seventh Army was ordered to march northward. Following instructions, Wei Baqun, Chen Hongtao, and others stayed behind in the Youjiang Revolutionary Base to establish the 21st Division of the Red Seventh Army and continue leading the revolutionary struggle. In 1931, the 21st Division was formally established, with its headquarters and the Youjiang Soviet Government stationed in Nongsuo Village. Nongsuo became the command center of the revolutionary armed forces in the Youjiang area. Under the leadership of comrades such as Wei Baqun, all officers and soldiers of the 21st Division relied on the masses, made use of the favorable mountainous terrain, and employed flexible and mobile military strategies to wage a prolonged guerrilla war. They successfully repelled multiple large-scale offensives launched by the Guangxi warlords, making significant contributions to the Chinese revolution. The original site was a three-room stilt-style thatched building, which was burned down several times by the enemy during the anti-encirclement struggles. It was restored to its original appearance in 1977.

To consolidate the Youjiang Revolutionary Base and advance the revolutionary cause, the Guangxi warlords repeatedly dispatched large forces to suppress the Youjiang Revolutionary Base.

In March 1931, the division headquarters, along with the Youjiang Special Committee of the Communist Party and the Youjiang Soviet Government, relocated to this location (i.e., Nongsuo) to operate. Under the leadership of comrades Wei Baqun, Chen Hongtao, and Huang Songjian, all officers and soldiers of the 21st Division relied on the masses, utilized the favorable mountainous terrain, and employed flexible and mobile military strategies to wage a prolonged guerrilla war. During the two-year-long anti-encirclement struggle, they endured repeated attacks by enemy forces consisting of two armies totaling seven regiments, as well as over 20,000 troops from the militia of five counties, making a significant contribution to the Chinese revolution. The heroic feats of the 21st Division of the Red Seventh Army have written a glorious chapter in the history of the Chinese revolution.
