Phoenix Mountain Revolutionary Memorial Park is a classic red tourism destination.

Phoenix Mountain Revolutionary Memorial Park is located in Oukeng Village, Fenghuang Town, Chao'an County, covering an area of 12 mu of mountainous land. It is surrounded by mountains on three sides, situated to the northeast and facing the southwest. The park features a memorial monument, a memorial hall, a stele corridor, and pavilions. It was completed on November 15, 2003, with a total investment of 2.8 million yuan. It is now a patriotic education base in Chaozhou City and Chao'an County.

The Phoenix Mountain Revolutionary Base went through three historical periods: the Agrarian Revolutionary War, the War of Resistance against Japan, and the War of Liberation. Over the course of more than twenty years of revolutionary struggle, countless revolutionaries faced formidable enemies, advancing wave upon wave, sacrificing their lives and shedding their blood to compose one moving heroic anthem after another. Among the revolutionary martyrs who died heroically on this hallowed ground, over a thousand are known by name. To commemorate the martyrs and educate future generations, the "Chaozhou Veterans Association of the Two Columns" proposed the establishment of the "Phoenix Mountain Revolutionary Memorial Park," which received widespread support. A total of 1,842 veterans and 35 children of veterans from Guangzhou, Shantou, Chaozhou, Chenghai, and Raoping were the first to donate funds, while the Guangdong Provincial Government, Chaozhou Municipal Government, Chao'an County, Raoping County, Xiangqiao District, and Fengxi District Governments, as well as the Guangdong Provincial Planning Commission and the Guangdong Provincial Association for the Promotion of Veterans' Causes, all allocated funds in support. Various relevant departments, schools, enterprises, institutions, private entrepreneurs in Chaozhou City, as well as Shantou Jinzhong High School and Chenghai High School, also contributed generously.
