Chaozhou Qinglong Pool

Qinglong Pool is located in the downstream section of Fengnan BaiTengkeng, Fengxi River, BaiTengkeng Village, Guihu Town, Chao'an District, Guangdong Province. The pool water is mirror-like, pure and unpolluted, clear, blue, and sweet. It meanders like a dragon, with uniquely shaped rocks along the shore, scattered with large and small potholes—varying in depth and form—through which the clear stream flows.

Downstream, the river widens with rippling blue waves, green mountains reflected on the surface, a blue sky overhead, ducks playing in the water, and birds adding to the charm. Bamboo rafts glide downstream around the shoals from the banks near Ruoshui Pavilion and Tingliu Pavilion. Along the way, the path winds through mountain bends, with rugged, elegant rocks and shaded woods. Visitors can disembark to hike the mountains, listen to springs, or even try pulling a raft to experience the hardships and charm of the old-time boat trackers.
