Li Cuo Zhenwei Mansion is located in Li Cuo Village, Fengxi District, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

In 2011, Li Cuo Zhenwei Mansion was designated as a cultural heritage site protected by Chaozhou City.

Li Cuo Village: Li Cuo Village consists of three natural villages — Upper Li, Middle Li, and Lower Li. It lies south of the Anjiao Highway. To the west it overlooks Fengyang Township in Guxiang Town, to the south it faces Shanbian Mountain, and neighbors HuaiShanGang Village. To the northeast is Zhan Cuo Village, while the Fifth Branch Canal of the Han River runs near the village from the north. In the sixth year of the Hongwu reign during the Ming Dynasty (1373), an early settler named Li Yunxuan came here from Jiaonan Village, Guanshuo, Jieyang, and settled down. Since all villagers shared the surname Li, the village was named after the family. Prior to the 24th year of the Guangxu reign in the Qing Dynasty (1898), it was grouped with Zhan Cuo, Tianlong, and others under the name Fuquan’gang (as noted in the Ming-era "Guo Zhi," which records the name Fuquan).
