Changmei Ancient Village is a cultural heritage site protected by Chaozhou City.

Changmei Ancient Village is located in Changmei Second Village, Fengxi District, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

In 2011, Changmei Ancient Village was designated as a cultural heritage site under the protection of Chaozhou City.

Changmei Second Village: Originally known as the October Brigade, the name was changed to its current one in 1983 when the brigade system was abolished and the area became an administrative village. It is situated in the southeastern part of Changmei, bordering Fengxi to the east, Fengyang and Guxiang of Chao’an County to the west, Huxia to the south, and both Changmei First Village and Fuzhong Village of Guxiang Town to the north. The Anfeng Highway runs through the village, dividing it into two sections, while the old course of the Xixi River winds from the northeast to the east of the village.
