Jingli Village: Jingli Village

Jingli Village, commonly known as Jingtou, was historically called Jinde Township. It belongs to Fuyang Town, Chaozhou City. Located 3 kilometers southwest of the town government, it neighbors Huagong to the east, Taolilong to the west, Leqiao to the south, and Douwenxianjia to the north. The settlement is block-shaped. Its founding ancestor, Ke Xinqi, migrated here from Shiliuhuacaocongjianxiang, Dajing Township, Puyang, Fujian during the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty (1408–1424) to establish the village. Originally called Jinde Township, it was later renamed “Jingli” in memory of the ancestral hometown, Dajing. From 1967 to 1970, over 100 villagers from nearly 30 households responded to the call of the nation and relocated to counties such as Lechang, Tuncheng, and Qiongdong in Hainan to start new lives. … Detailed information on Jingli Village ++
