Shunde Residence is a cultural heritage site protected by Chaozhou City.

Shunde Residence is located in Bailian Village, Chifeng Town, Chao'an District, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

In 2006, Shunde Residence was designated as a cultural heritage site under the protection of Chaozhou City.

Bailian Village: A cluster village comprising two natural villages — Bailian and Toutu. It is situated 47.9 kilometers northwest of Anbu (the county seat of Chao'an), and 6.3 kilometers northwest of the Chifeng Town government seat. Located on the eastern bank of the Han River, it faces Huang Town in Fengshun County across the river to the northwest and connects to Dongxian Township of Fengshun County to the northwest. It belongs to Chifeng Town, with a population of 562. The village was established during the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty. Originally named Gebu, it earned its current name due to the terrain north of the village resembling the “weaving of a beautiful woman,” which was later interpreted auspiciously as “a beautiful woman weaving white lotus flowers.” The settlement is distributed in a mixed pattern, with buildings mainly being single-story structures of gray earthen brick and wood.
