The Tomb of Yu Shuying is a Chaozhou Municipal Cultural Heritage Protection Unit.

The Tomb of Yu Shuying is located in Guyi Village, Guxiang Town, Chao’an District. It dates back to the Song Dynasty and is categorized as an ancient tomb.

On April 16, 2020, the Tomb of Yu Shuying was designated as part of the fourth batch of Chaozhou Municipal Cultural Heritage Protection Units.

Guxiang Town: Guxiang Town is situated in the hilly and semi-mountainous areas of the western Han River region, covering a total area of 62 square kilometers. The terrain is complex, with higher elevations in the northeast and northwest and lower in the southwest. The town is surrounded by mountains on three sides — the northeast and northwest are mountainous regions, the central area consists of hilly land, and the southern part is a plain. Major peaks are distributed in the northeast and northwest, characterized by high ridges and deep valleys with significant undulation. The mountain ranges are divided into eastern and western branches, each featuring dozens of peaks of varying sizes and heights. The highest point in the area is Maoding Peak in the north, with an elevation of 324.5 meters, marking the boundary between Guxiang and Dengtang as well as Tiandong.
