The Martyrs' Monument of the Phoenix Mountain Revolutionary Base is located in Oukeng Village, Fenghuang Town, Chao'an District. It was built in 2003 and is classified as an important modern historical site and representative building.
On April 16, 2020, the Martyrs' Monument of the Phoenix Mountain Revolutionary Base was designated as part of the fourth batch of cultural relics protection units in Chaozhou City.
