Chaling County Martyrs' Cemetery is a Hunan Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit, a classic red tourism destination, and a patriotic education base.

This cemetery was built by Chaling County to commemorate revolutionary martyrs and is located in Jiaotong Community, Chengguan Town, Chaling County, Zhuzhou City. At the highest point in the center of the cemetery stands a tall Martyrs' Monument inscribed with the eight characters "Eternal Glory to Revolutionary Martyrs." The remains of revolutionary martyrs such as Tan Sicong are buried beside the monument.

The main attractions in the cemetery are the Chaling County Revolutionary Museum and the Martyrs' Monument. The museum building was originally the county exhibition hall. In 1979, preparations began for a Revolutionary Memorial Hall, which opened in October of the same year. In 2001, plans were made to transform the single-purpose memorial hall into a comprehensive museum. The museum is divided into three exhibition halls and one room: the History Museum Hall (covering historical evolution, city walls and fortresses, notable figures and their traces, scenic spots, and collected cultural relics), the Revolutionary Struggle History Memorial Hall, the Achievements Hall of the Socialist Construction Period, and the Notables Room. The building covers an area of 5,432 square meters, with a construction area of 1,692 square meters—including 534 square meters for the History Museum Hall and Notables Room, 702 square meters for the Memorial Hall and Social Construction Hall, 1,408.5 square meters of display walls, and a total of 1,243 cultural relics on display (including replicas), among which 219 are revolutionary relics. The collection is particularly strong in revolutionary relics, calligraphy and paintings, and ancient printed books.

Chaling County Martyrs' Cemetery was designated as a Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit by the People's Government of Hunan Province in January 2011, and as a Zhuzhou Municipal Patriotic Education Base by the Propaganda Department of the Zhuzhou Municipal Committee in November 2011.
