China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Railway Group Limited (A-share: 601390, H-share: 0390). Originally established in April 1953 as the Ministry of Railways Bridge Engineering Bureau, approved by the State Council for the construction of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge, it was restructured under its current name in 2001. It is China’s only large-scale engineering company that integrates bridge scientific research, survey and design, construction, and machinery manufacturing, with the capability to build various types of bridges under diverse conditions including rivers, lakes, seas, and challenging geological and environmental settings.
