The Dianzi Fort Ruins are a protected cultural heritage site of Hubei Province.

Dianzi Fort Ruins

Located on the northern mountain ridge of Renjiazhuang in Nanzhang County. This is a Qing Dynasty hill fort. Facing south and built along the natural contours of the mountain, it is surrounded by cliffs on three sides, with only one narrow path leading to the fort. A fort wall and gate were constructed between the ridge and the main mountain body, completely separating the fort from the outside world and forming a double-layered defense system. This fort is one of the most comprehensively defended ancient forts among the hill forts of Nanzhang. (Fifth Batch)
