The Open Source Golden Phoenix Bird Culture Park is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

The Open Source Tourist Scenic Area is located in the southern suburbs of Luohe City, Henan Province, and is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction. Despite Luohe’s lack of natural resources such as mountains and water bodies, the village-run enterprise Open Source Group dared to take the lead, pursued innovation, implemented high-end planning, and adopted differentiated competition strategies. With a focus on leisure tourism and through the perfect integration of cultural creativity and modern technology, the area is dedicated to creating a fantastical leisure destination — the Open Source Tourist Scenic Area. Major attractions include: the country’s largest bird culture-themed park — Golden Phoenix Bird Culture Park; a national-level tourist specialty product museum town and Central Plains folk culture exhibition destination — He Shang Street Ancient Town; a children’s amusement park integrating fantasy, adventure, play, and education — Elf Kingdom; a bird-themed museum — Golden Phoenix Natural Museum; and the Surrender Memorial Square, among other sites.

The scenic area is conveniently located near the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, Nanjing-Luoyang Expressway, and National Highway 107, offering easy access and excellent connectivity. Within the area, supporting facilities are comprehensive and well laid out, including the Central South Henan Tourist Service Center, large parking lots, star-rated hotels, antique-style experience inns, pedestrian shopping streets, an arcade entertainment center, and specialty dining areas. Events such as the Spring Festival He Shang Street Temple Fair, the Golden Autumn Chrysanthemum Exhibition, and the Bird Culture Art Festival have become iconic highlights of Luohe City.
