The Temple of the Mysterious Emperor is a protected cultural heritage site of Henan Province.

The Temple of the Mysterious Emperor is located in Zuitou Village, Gaodi Township, approximately 25 kilometers southwest of Neihuang County, Henan Province. Originally built during the Yuan Dynasty, the temple has undergone multiple renovations during the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. Its dome-shaped roof and overhanging eaves are rare features in northern Henan. The temple boasts richly detailed brick carvings on the eaves and stone carvings around the doors and windows. Since its construction, it has withstood dozens of earthquakes and floods. It holds extremely important value for the study of building earthquake resistance and flood prevention.

On June 8, 2006, the Temple of the Mysterious Emperor was designated as part of the fourth batch of key cultural heritage protection units by the People's Government of Henan Province.

Gaodi Township: Located 20 kilometers west of Neihuang County, Gaodi Township borders Lao Tapo to the east, neighboring Dongzhuang Town and Haocheng Township; it faces the Wei River to the west, across from Tangyin; to the south lies Er’an Township, and to the north it borders Dougong Township along the Wei River. Covering an area of 71.6 square kilometers, it accounts for 6.2% of the county’s total area. The township governs 25 administrative villages, 26 natural villages, 154 villager groups, with 8,668 households and a population of 39,123, including 815 non-agricultural residents.
