The Main Hall of Shien Temple

The Main Hall of Shien Temple is a cultural relic protection unit of Hebei Province.

Shien Temple is located about 100 meters west of Zhenso Tower. Built in the sixth year of the Chenghua reign during the Ming Dynasty, it features the typical architectural art style of the early Ming period. It is the only hall-roof-style building in the Xuanhua area, with a yellow glazed tile roof and a construction area of 388 square meters, hence also known as “Erdao Bian.” It has now been listed as a provincial-level key cultural relics protection unit.
