Lijia Bu Village is situated on the east bank of the Weihe River, with Jiaowang Road running north of the village. It has 203 households and 712 residents, with 1,600 mu of cultivated land. In 2012, the village's total collective economic income reached 400,000 yuan. The village has been honored with titles such as “Gaomi City Civilized Unit,” “Gaomi City Advanced Village in Safe Construction,” and “Gaomi City Model Village for New Rural Development.”

Remarkable achievements have been made in the development of modern agriculture. A high-standard 1,000-mu facility agriculture demonstration park has been established in Lijia Bu, which currently includes 100 various types of greenhouses, such as winter-warm greenhouses and spring-sunlight greenhouses. Among them, an investment of 5 million yuan was made to build Shandong Province’s largest contiguous greenhouse for cherries, covering 40 mu. This year, an additional 230 mu of open-field cherry trees were planted, with over 40,000 trees. The park is fully equipped with supporting facilities such as roads, sprinkler irrigation, and drainage pipelines, achieving scaled, facility-based, and automated planting. The park has registered fruit and vegetable brands under the names “Lijia Bu” and “Shengyi.” Eight products in the park, including cucumbers, radishes, and cherries, have obtained green food certification. The park has also collaborated with leading domestic and international seedling companies to jointly develop more than ten premium new varieties of grapes, cherries, peaches, and plums under the “Shengyi” brand. This demonstration park has been recognized as a “Shandong Province Spark Science and Technology Demonstration Base” and a “Weifang City Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Production Demonstration Park.”

The village maintains ecological harmony and civilization. Major streets have been paved, greened, illuminated, cleaned, and beautified, resulting in a tidy village appearance and harmonious relations between cadres and residents. Villagers enjoy prosperous lives, with annual income increases of 70,000 to 80,000 yuan through greenhouse farming. Leveraging advantages such as the Weihe River, the demonstration park, and transportation, a modern agro-tourism area integrating agricultural sightseeing, picking experiences, and leisure entertainment, as well as a wetland eco-tourism area, has been established. The village has nearly full coverage of digital TV, telephone, and broadband services, basically achieving rural informatization. Cultural facilities in the village are well-developed, including a rural library, sports and cultural square, cultural courtyard, fitness trail, and civilized central street. Propaganda platforms such as cultural walls, science popularization boards, newspaper reading stands, and village affairs notice boards are also readily available.
