The Licun Agricultural Sightseeing and Tourism Demonstration Park is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

The Licun Modern Agricultural Sightseeing and Tourism Demonstration Park in Gaomi City is a tourism demonstration park under Weifang Taihe Modern Agriculture Planting Co., Ltd. Located in Licun Village, Kangzhuang Community, Liquan Subdistrict, Gaomi City, it borders Gaoshuang Road to the south and the Wulong River to the west, with a total planned area of 1,000 mu. It has established a modern technology planting zone, a specialty breeding zone, a vegetable rough processing zone, an orchard picking zone, a renewable energy zone, a youth agricultural crop science experience zone, and a leisure tourism resort zone. The park enjoys convenient transportation and obvious locational advantages, with excellent accessibility. Since launching agricultural tourism last year, it has attracted numerous visitors for tours and experiences, becoming a local agricultural sightseeing and tourism demonstration park that integrates leisure sightseeing, agricultural experiences, and eco-picking.

In the specialty breeding zone, ecological farming practices are fully implemented, raising animals such as Changbai Mountain wild boars, musk ducks, black-legged chickens, and goats. In the youth agricultural crop science experience zone, students are provided with land plots they can adopt for personalized planting, allowing them to experience the joys of fieldwork and harvesting, and helping them gain agricultural knowledge and develop self-reliant character. In the leisure resort zone, plans include the construction of a business hotel, a horse racing track, and an orchard picking zone, offering visitors recreational activities in nature; a Farming Culture Museum is also being built to effectively integrate, develop, and utilize idle rural natural and cultural elements, collecting farming tools from ancient China that reflect the ingenuity and wisdom of the laboring people, unifying the reproduction of agricultural material wealth, the sustainable use of natural resources, and the effective cultivation of humanistic spirit.

To establish an agricultural tourism demonstration site, we have added tourism facilities within the park such as a visitor reception center, traffic direction signs, and scenic spot introduction plaques, packaging park products as tourism products and developing the “Picking Experience Tour” tourism brand. To optimize the eco-tourism environment, improve tourism management standards, enhance tourism service functions, and elevate the tourism level, we manage the park in accordance with the requirements of the “Shandong Province Agricultural Tourism Demonstration Site Inspection Standards,” striving to meet the standards of a provincial-level agricultural tourism demonstration site.
