The Gaomi City Liulin Modern Circular Agriculture Science and Technology Demonstration Park is located in Baicheng Town, which has been honored as one of China’s Top 100 Most Promising Small Towns for Development, a National Ecological Town, and a Provincial Central Town. It lies to the east of the internationally renowned city of Qingdao and to the west of Weifang, the world capital of kites, placing it within Qingdao’s half-hour economic circle. The park boasts a land area of 1,000 mu and a total investment of 150 million yuan. It is a modern circular agriculture science and technology demonstration park integrating breeding, planting, sightseeing, and leisure tourism.

The park mainly features the Shiben Dairy and Beef Cattle Breeding Professional Cooperative, including a feed mill, veterinary drug factory, organic fertilizer plant, an 8,000-square-meter cattle shed, a 7,000-square-meter pigsty, a large 800-cubic-meter biogas digester, a 12,000-square-meter intelligent multi-span greenhouse seedling nursery, five winter-warm greenhouses, a dairy farm with a herd of 580 cows, and an organic vegetable base. Additionally, there is a 20-mu Happy Farm, a 120-mu Happy Ranch, as well as catering, leisure, and entertainment facilities. It is a modern circular science and technology demonstration park primarily focused on breeding, planting, sightseeing, and leisure. The park has developed a modern circular agricultural model that links feed processing with livestock breeding bases, utilizes livestock operations to support biogas and organic fertilizer production, and leverages biogas energy to foster organic vegetable cultivation—forming a “production–breeding–biogas–fertilizer–planting” cycle.
