Zichuan Museum

Established in November 2007, Zichuan Museum covers a construction area of 2,300 square meters with an exhibition space of nearly 1,800 square meters. It features three main exhibition halls and five thematic exhibition rooms, showcasing representative artifacts from our region from the Neolithic Dawenkou Culture to the Ming and Qing dynasties in chronological and categorical order. Among them, the main “Ancient Charm of Banyang” exhibition hall is divided into three sections: Prehistoric Civilization, Prosperity of the Tang and Song Dynasties, and Ancient Charm of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, displaying over 300 cultural relics, most of which are outstanding results from recent archaeological excavations in our region. The five thematic exhibition rooms display selected privately collected cultural relics in Zichuan District across various categories such as bronzes, coins, and ceramics, representing the highest level of cultural relic collection in Zichuan.
