China Glass Culture Creative Park

The China Glass Culture Creative Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

At the China Glass Culture Creative Park located in Zichuan District, Zibo City, visitors are full of praise when faced with tens of thousands of exquisitely crafted glass artworks, including vivid representations of pomegranates, gourds, and more. Visitor Zhang Chengjiang said: “I feel I’ve gained a lot from this visit. I’m very happy and excited—Zichuan has such wonderful craftsmanship. As for the pomegranate, I think its fine detail and meticulous workmanship are really impressive. This peony piece, at first glance, has a rather bold and grand style.”

In front of an ornament featuring a katydid on a Chinese cabbage, visitor Li Xiuling studied it for a long time and remarked with emotion: “Ah, this work is truly an artistic delight. It’s very close to life, very down-to-earth. Look, there are little animals on it, all so lifelike. I don’t know much about or have studied this kind of art, but my immediate impression is that it’s incredibly creative.”

It is understood that as the first domestic project themed around the display of glass artworks, the China Glass Culture Creative Park covers a total area of 53 mu, with a total investment of 150 million yuan. It is a comprehensive creative park integrating glass product R&D and design, on-site production, exhibitions, and cultural tourism. The park has formed an industrial tourism model with multiple functions including glass design, production, training, exhibition, experience, collection, and leisure. Chen Jingtian, founder of the China Glass Culture Creative Park and general manager of Shandong Lingshang Glass Culture Creative Co., Ltd., introduced: “The main goal is still to promote Zibo glass, to let more people understand and love glass, to learn about its craftsmanship, and to play a positive role in its inheritance and preservation. Every day, visitors come to tour, purchase, and experience, which is very beneficial for the inheritance and protection of glass art, as well as for the promotion of our brand.”
