Dongniujiao Memorial Hall is located in Dongniujiao Village, Lingzi Town, Zichuan District, boasting beautiful natural scenery and profound historical and cultural heritage. During the War of Resistance against Japan, from June 1940, the Zichuan County Committee and County Government led the county’s vigorous anti-Japanese struggle from this small village “as wide as a gully and ten li long.” In 2011, the Lingzi Town Party Committee and Government built the Zichuan County Committee Dongniujiao Memorial Hall, which was opened to the public as a Party spirit education base for party members and cadres across the district.

Lingzi Town: Lingzi Town is located in the western part of Zichuan District, governing 27 administrative villages and 38 natural villages, with a total population of 37,000. The town borders Cicun Town to the east, Shangjia Town and Wangcun Town of Zhoucun District to the north, shares a boundary with Zhangqiu City to the west, and adjoins Quanshan District’s Chengzhen Area to the south, serving as the western gateway of Zichuan.

The town is situated in a hilly and mountainous area, with the highest elevation at 630 meters. The terrain slopes from south to north, spanning a maximum east-west distance of 12.5 kilometers and a maximum north-south distance of 14 kilometers, covering an area of 78 square kilometers with 17,694 mu of arable land.
