Niuji'an is situated in the deep mountains and valleys, 13 kilometers southwest of Kunlun Town, Zichuan District, Zibo City, Shandong Province. In early spring, while driving through the "mountainous terrain where paths seem to lead nowhere," you suddenly come upon a village that still exists — truly a case of "finding a new village after the willows darken and the flowers brighten." Walking along the mountain path, you’ll discover this place is nothing short of a hidden paradise. Niuji'an is like a massive "bonsai": surrounded by continuous mountain ranges, towering ancient trees, murmuring springs, birdsong, and floral fragrances. The village is primarily built with stone — a true stone village — where stone houses, stone walls, stone steps, stone lanes, stone mills, stone grinders, and stone carvings can be seen everywhere.

The green-roofed, red-tiled, white-walled houses of Niuji'an are nestled among lush green trees. Embraced by the tranquil mountains, time seems to stand still here — a veritable fairyland on earth. The houses in the traditional courtyard layouts are all restored using scattered stones from old buildings. The stone walls are up to half a meter thick, keeping the interiors warm in winter and cool in summer. The floors are paved with stones, cobblestones, and red bricks. Outside the door are cliffs and high mountains, with towering Chinese toon and locust trees, and wildflowers dotting the landscape. Inside, there are modern bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms — offering both convenience and the charm of seclusion in the mountains, immersing you in nature. This must be the ultimate ideal living environment for everyone.
