Gongsun Site

The Gongsun Site is a cultural relics protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Gongsun Site is located about 200 meters north of Gongsun Village in Chengnan Town, Zichuan District, and is a provincial-level key cultural relics protection unit. The site boasts rich cultural content, containing artifacts from the Shang and Zhou dynasties through the Han Dynasty. It covers an area of approximately 60,000 square meters, with a cultural layer thickness of about 0.5–2 meters. Major unearthed items include gray pottery li rims, jar rims, dou vessels, and roof tiles. The preservation condition of the site is average.

On December 7, 2006, the Gongsun Site was designated as part of the third batch of provincial-level cultural relics protection units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.
