Yifeng Manor

Yifeng Manor is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

Yifeng Manor is located in the southern part of Yihe Town, bordered by Bao’er Industrial Road to the south, Bojia Boundary to the north, Shenfeng Industrial Road to the west, and the Rongwu Expressway Connector to the east. Covering a total area of 1,000 mu, it is an ecological farm integrating landscape nurseries, premium fruit picking, and leisure entertainment.

The project has a planned total investment of 24 million yuan, with the main construction components as follows: First, infrastructure development, including excavation of a 50-mu scenic lake, over 20 mu of which is suitable for leisure fishing, construction of a Lotus Island, movement of 50,000 cubic meters of earthwork, paving of 2 kilometers of hardened roads within the park, installation of 2 kilometers of high- and low-voltage power lines, and construction of farmhouse courtyards and a quadrangle complex with a total floor area of 1,000 square meters; second, the development of a premium fruit picking garden, establishing six fruit-picking gardens for cherries, peaches, pears, and other premium fruits on the western side of the scenic lake, covering a total area of 200 mu; third, the establishment of a landscape nursery, developing 800 mu of high-quality nursery land, gradually transforming the farm into the largest high-quality seedling cultivation (and trading) base in northern Shandong. In 2018, Yifeng Manor was designated as an AA-level tourist attraction.
