The hands-on brewing workshop allows visitors to experience the profound depth of Baijiu culture by participating in the brewing process themselves. The historical exhibition of military horse farm artifacts bridges the gap for modern urban dwellers unfamiliar with the era of agricultural reclamation, especially providing a gateway for young people to engage with agriculture, rural areas, and farmers (“San Nong”).
