Splendid Manor is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

Splendid Manor is located in Qinghe Village, Yihe Town, and was invested in and built by Dongying Splendid Garden Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd. It is an agricultural eco-park that integrates fruit picking, entertainment, leisure, and parent-child activities. Guided by the Scientific Outlook on Development, the company focuses on transforming development methods and adjusting structures, with increasing farmers' income at its core. Through a model where farmers invest land and the company manages operations uniformly, the park adopts a "five unifications" management approach in production and sales: unified planting, unified technical guidance, unified purchase of production materials, unified sales, and unified introduction of new varieties. The manor follows a "company + base + farmer" development model. In 2013, it developed and constructed themed areas including a high-quality pomegranate orchard, a high-quality pear picking garden, and a field apple picking area, planting 300 acres of pomegranates, 400 acres of apples, 100 acres of high-quality pears, and 200 acres of field watermelons.
