Guangrao Martyrs' Cemetery is a classic red tourism destination and a national defense education base.

Guangrao Martyrs' Cemetery is located in Guangrao County. Guangrao was one of the revolutionary bases in Shandong. In 1925, Communist Party members Liu Zijiu, Liu Yuhui, and Yan Bozhen, who were working in Jinan, returned to their hometown village of Liuji and established the village Party branch, with Liu Liangcai serving as the branch secretary. Between 1939 and 1949, several major revolutionary movements occurred here, including the Battle of Qingshui Po, the Guangbei Mass Enlistment, and the southward movement of Guangrao cadres. A total of 3,116 martyrs from Guangrao County are commemorated, among them notable figures such as Li Yunsheng and Liu Liangcai. The cemetery was first built in 1954, covering an area of 120,000 square meters, and includes a martyrs' monument, a memorial hall, and a martyrs' tomb area. It is the final resting place of 926 martyrs, including 258 named and 668 unnamed martyrs. The site is a provincial-level martyrs' memorial facility protection unit in Shandong Province and also serves as a provincial national defense education base.
