Lique Yangjia Site

Lique Yangjia Site

The Lique Yangjia Site is a cultural heritage site protected by Guangrao County.

The Yangjia Site is situated about 10 meters south of Yangjia Village, Lique Town, Guangrao County, spanning roughly 150 meters from east to west and 120 meters from north to south, with a total area of about 18,000 square meters. Drilling investigations found that the site’s cultural layer is approximately 0.7 meters deep, with only very sparse remains such as a small number of red-fired soil particles and plant ash particles. Visual observation indicates that there are relatively few surface artifacts at the site. Collected samples include gray clay roof tiles, fragments of gray pottery, bricks, and others. Based on the analysis of the collected cultural relics and drilling results, this site dates back to the Han Dynasty and serves as an important physical resource for studying the settlement history of Guangrao County, holding certain historical value.
