Wind Power Scenic Area
This scenic area is located in the southern part of the Lingang Industrial Park within Haixing County, approximately 16 kilometers east of the county town. The planned area lies to the south of Huanghua Port: extending north from Bantang River to Haifeng Village in the south, and from Bantang River and Yangcheng Reservoir in the west to Zhangwei New River in the east. It features 57 wind turbines, each with an installed capacity of 1,500 kilowatts.
