The Examination Hall and School Gate is located at No. 41, Kaopeng Street, Qingnian Road Subdistrict Office, Linqing City. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, it is categorized as an ancient architectural structure.

In April 1999, the Examination Hall and School Gate was designated as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit of Liaocheng City.

Qingnian Road Subdistrict: The Qingnian Road Subdistrict Office is situated in the southern part of the urban area. It borders the Xinhua Subdistrict Office, Daxinzhuang Subdistrict Office, and Shangdian Township to the east, the Wei Canal and Tangyuan Town to the west, reaches Bacha Road Town to the south, and is adjacent to the Xiao Canal to the north. Covering a total area of 80 square kilometers, it has a population of 85,000 and 53,000 mu of arable land. The office of the subdistrict is located on the west side of the southern section of Xinhua Road.
