The Wangkan Nine Sisters’ Tomb Ruins are located east of Wangkan Village and north of Baishi Village, and their date of formation is unknown. Two legends are still widely circulated among local residents: one says that the tomb contains the remains of nine sisters who were siblings; the other says that the nine sisters, who had no brothers, buried their parents here after their passing. To show filial piety, the nine siblings carried soil in their clothes to build the tomb for their parents, hoping it would last forever. Most people consider the second legend more plausible. It was listed as a cultural relics protection unit of Zoucheng City in 1978.

Wangkan Village: Located in Kanzhuang Town, Zoucheng City, Wangkan Village lies to the northeast of the town center, about 3 kilometers from the town government. The village has 141 households, with a population of 602, and cultivates 774 mu of arable land, averaging 1.3 mu per person. It is suitable for growing crops such as corn, wheat, and peanuts. The village also has 85.6 mu of forested land. It comprises one villager group, and its main industry is agriculture, with produce mainly sold within the city.
