Xiding Site

The Xiding Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Jining City.

The Xiding Site is located to the north of Xiding Village, Beisu Town, Zoucheng City. Dating back to the Shang and Zhou dynasties, it is classified as an ancient site.

On March 1, 2001, the Xiding Site was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit of Jining City.

Beisu Town: Beisu Town is situated in the western suburban plain area of Zoucheng City, covering a total area of 74.93 square kilometers. It governs 45 villages, with a total population of 85,000. In 2003, the town’s total gross domestic product reached 1.65 billion yuan, local fiscal revenue was 28.03 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 3,896 yuan. It is an emerging, civilized, key town integrating agricultural, suburban, and industrial-mining service functions.

The town is adjacent to the city and close to mining areas, rich in resources, with convenient communication and transportation, and a solid industrial foundation.
