Qingliang Quanshan Scenic Area

Qingliang Quanshan Scenic Area is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

Quanshangou Village is located at the foot of Quanshan Mountain, 8 kilometers north of the Xiangcheng Town government seat. It lies east of the high-speed railway connection line and south of Daquan Road, enjoying a superior location and convenient transportation. The village has a total of 246 households, with a population of 806 and 1,200 mu of arable land. There is an old well in the south of the village called “Liquan,” and because the village is situated along the Xiangquan River, it was thus named Quanshangou Village.

Relying on the construction of a provincial-level beautiful countryside demonstration village, the village has vigorously implemented a residential environment improvement project, continuously enhancing the village’s appearance, developing characteristic industries, and promoting civilized new trends. This has achieved a leap from a “beautiful countryside” to a “beautiful economy.” Since 2017, it has successively won honors such as “Shandong Province Forest Village Residence,” “Shandong Province First Batch of Provincial Pilot Villages for Beautiful Village Construction,” “Shandong Province Rural Revitalization ‘Ten-Hundred-Thousand’ Project Demonstration Village,” and “Shandong Province Rural Tourism Entrepreneurship Star.”

Quanshangou Village enjoys a relatively superior location, being only 10 kilometers from the urban area of Zoucheng. It serves as the western gateway to the Xiangcheng Town Beautiful Countryside Demonstration Zone and has become the top choice for urban residents seeking rural tourism. In 2018, Quanshangou Village collaborated with Yankuang Xinda Hotel Group to launch the “Xiangxin Boutique Homestay” project. By leasing old farmsteads from local farmers and constructing a new commercial ancient street, it has created a premium homestay park that integrates “dining, lodging, travel, shopping, and entertainment.”

The Quanshan Academy and Quanshan Inn were built to high standards and are managed and operated under commission by Yankuang Xinda Hotel Group. The village actively cooperated with the Mencius Research Institute to establish the Xiangcheng Mencius Academy and a base for the dissemination of traditional Chinese culture. It also partnered with the Zoucheng Municipal Government Ethics Office to set up a “Four-Same” government ethics education base and a base for the inheritance and experience of outstanding traditional culture. Through the development of traditional Chinese studies education and government ethics training programs, the village has fully tapped into the market, striving to become a new force in the city’s educational training industry. To date, it has successfully hosted events such as the Mencius Research Institute Symposium of Distinguished Experts and the Fiji Senior Civil Servants Training Class by the Pudong Cadre College.

Leveraging the policy of returning farmland to forest, the village collective transferred 500 mu of land. Through investment attraction, Zoulu Xiangquan Co., Ltd. invested 36 million yuan to build the Quanshan Leisure Agriculture Sightseeing Park, developing high-quality fruit varieties such as large cherries and yellow peaches. Additionally, in cooperation with the Liu Zhuang Grape Planting Base in Yanzhou, a 50-mu Quanxiang Premium Grape Picking Garden was established, cultivating high-end varieties such as Chenxiang and Sweet Sapphire, which offer high nutritional value, excellent taste, and strong economic returns. The grapes retail for up to 60 yuan per jin, generating an annual income of 2 million yuan.
