Kangwang Valley Flower World Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction. It is one of the ten major cultural tourism projects identified by Zoucheng City in 2017, invested and constructed by Zoucheng Kangwang Valley Agricultural Sightseeing Tourism Co., Ltd., with an estimated total investment of 230 million yuan. The area is designed around the themes of "Flower Sea Charm" and "Agricultural Culture," serving as a comprehensive base integrating leisure, sightseeing, experience, and science education. The project covers an area of over 1,400 acres, and the planning and construction of the "Three Pavilions and Three Zones" have been completed. The first pavilion is the Flower Science Pavilion. With a construction area of 6,000 square meters, it features European-style pavilions and a sculpture of the "Flower Sea Fairy." Inside, there are agricultural science exhibition areas and flower science exhibition areas. Utilizing touch-screen multimedia projectors, the pavilion achieves a full-spectrum audiovisual and lighting experience, combining both static and dynamic effects. The displays are richly illustrated, vivid, and immersive. The science exhibition includes over 300 varieties of flowers from China and abroad, with detailed information on each variety’s name, characteristics, growing environment, cultivation techniques, conservation methods, as well as ornamental and medicinal values. The second pavilion is the Tropical Rainforest Pavilion. Covering a construction area of 4,600 square meters, it brings together tropical plants, mountain wonders, flowing springs and cascading waterfalls, as well as the charm of tropical fruits and lush forests and waters, creating a cultural atmosphere that encourages love, appreciation, and protection of nature. The third pavilion is the Vegetable Cultivation Pavilion. With a construction area of 5,000 square meters, it showcases over 90 varieties of unique vegetables and fruits, using hydroponics, aeroponics, and soilless cultivation to demonstrate high-tech modern agricultural planting techniques and the wonders of vegetables and fruits.

The Flower World Sightseeing Area, themed around "flowers," reflects the core concept of the park—building within a sea of blossoms. Aside from paved pathways, the landscape is designed to follow the terrain, creating a scene at every step. A vast expanse of flowers greets the eye, immersing visitors in a world of blossoms. To ensure flowers bloom in all four seasons, the base has built two high-standard greenhouses cultivating over 200 varieties of flowers. Many flowers that we usually only see in pictures bloom vibrantly here. The Water Leisure and Entertainment Area, themed around "water," features a 360-acre water surface along with two lake islands and five sightseeing bridges. The water is crystal clear and teeming with fish and shrimp, while the fragrance of lotus flowers fills the air. Whether taking a leisurely stroll or gently rowing a boat on the water, visitors can enjoy a truly relaxing experience. The Planting and Picking Experience Area, themed around "experience," mainly involves planting local crops such as sweet potatoes and peanuts through meticulous and eco-friendly cultivation methods that are harmless and environmentally sustainable. The picking experience area offers a variety of fruits and seasonal vegetables available for harvest in every season. It brings the joy of harvest and the fun of hands-on picking.

Once completed, it will become a premier tourist destination in southwestern Shandong, integrating cultural creativity, leisure entertainment, and sightseeing.
