Confucius Hometown Park vividly recreates the architectural style and folk culture of the Lu State with its uniquely Eastern-style buildings, allowing visitors to travel back 2,500 years and experience the greatness and mystery of ancient Chinese culture and Confucian heritage.

Confucius Hometown Park - With its arched eaves and orderly houses, willows in green and orioles singing, small bridges over flowing streams, the park is infused with a rich ancient Lu flavor. A colorful array of folk performances brings the ancient capital of the Lu State to life. The eight core virtues of “Loyalty, Filial Piety, Benevolence, Righteousness, Wisdom, Courage, Integrity, and Trust” are vividly embodied here. Wine workshops, oil mills, tofu shops, and other “hundred-family workshops” of the Confucius Mansion engage visitors at every turn, allowing you to dream back to the golden age of the Lu State in this poetic and enchanting journey.

Bus: Take bus No. 5 and get off at the Liuyi City entrance.

By Car:

1. G3 (Beijing–Fuzhou) Expressway — exit at Qufu — head west on National Highway 327 — turn left at the first traffic light — drive about 1 km south along National Highway 104 to reach the scenic area.

2. G1511 (Rizhao–Dongming) Expressway — exit at Qufu — drive north along National Highway 104 to reach the scenic area.

Half-price ticket for children between 1.4 m and 1.6 m tall and seniors over 60 with valid ID

Free entry for children under 1.4 m tall and active-duty military personnel with valid ID
