Chengtou Town is located in the western part of Shanting District, Zaozhuang City, covering an area of 48 square kilometers. It governs 21 administrative villages with a population of 52,000. Bean product processing is the town's traditional leading industry, boasting a production history of over 30 years. It is one of the birthplaces of puffed bean products in China, and is honored as the "No.1 Bean Products Town in China" and the "Hometown of Bean Products in China."

Relying mainly on the national AAA-level Moon Bay Wetland Tourist Scenic Area, the provincial-level tourist characteristic village of Changxiang, and the land in Dongchengtou and Xichengtou villages, the town has developed large-scale specialty planting. Seven major agritainment projects have been built, including Moon Bay Farmhouse, Moon Bay Leisure Center, and Longtan Leisure Club, offering services such as tourism, agricultural production, ecological conservation, agricultural product sales, and specialty dining. The town is also planning to build facilities such as smart greenhouse eco-planting bases, fruit and vegetable picking bases, seedling breeding bases, ecological farming bases, and leisure tourist destinations to promote agricultural restructuring and the development of an ecological economy, aiming to establish a national-level wetland park.

The town has deeply tapped the tourism resources of Moon Bay Wetland, achieving a new breakthrough in the tourism service industry from "nonexistent to strong," with continuous advancement in the construction of scenic spots and supporting facilities. The town established the first tourism cooperative in the city that integrates land transfer, tourism development, and modern agriculture — the Moon Bay Tourism Cooperative. The digital film "Love in Moon Bay" was successfully produced.

The town has successively hosted events such as the two editions of the China (Chengtou) Bean Products Culture Festival, pear blossom viewing and bean curd tasting leisure tours, free one-day tours to Chengtou for residents of Tengzhou, the Chengtou Bean Products Food Festival, and the Soybean Sports Games. Supporting facilities have been built, including the Bean Products Base Business Center Building, Moon Bay Waterfront Reception Center, Fishing Center, and Sunshine Beach Bathing Beach. These have gradually formed a distinctive rural agritainment tourism industry integrating food, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment.
