The former site of the headquarters of the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army in Hulutao is located in Hulutao Village, Xuzhuang Town, Shanting District, Zaozhuang City, dating back to 1940.

In May 1940, the headquarters of the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army was stationed in Hulutao Village, where the Hulutao Cadres Conference was held, and Political Commissar Luo Ronghuan delivered a report. The existing site of the 115th Division headquarters in Hulutao has been listed as a "Provincial-Level Cultural Relic Protection Unit."

On June 23, 2015, the former site of the headquarters of the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army in Hulutao was announced by the People's Government of Shandong Province as part of the fifth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Relic Protection Units in Shandong.
