Henglingbu Site

The Henglingbu Site is a Shandong Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

The Henglingbu Site is located in Hengling Village, Shancheng Subdistrict, Shanting District. It is a cultural relic from the Shang and Zhou dynasties, covering a total area of 200,000 square meters, and lies within the reservoir area of the Zhuangli Reservoir project, a key national and provincial water conservancy initiative.

On June 23, 2015, the Henglingbu Site was announced by the People's Government of Shandong Province as part of the fifth batch of Shandong Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units.

Shancheng Subdistrict: Located at the site of the new Shanting District urban center, Shancheng Subdistrict serves as the district’s political, economic, cultural, and transportation hub. It borders Shuiquan Town to the north, Fucheng Township to the south, Xuzhuang Town to the east, and Sangcun Town and Yangzhuang Town of Tengzhou City to the west.

　Known as a “Safe and Civilized Township in Shandong Province,” Shancheng Subdistrict in Shanting District, Zaozhuang City, is situated at the new urban center. The Beiliu Line runs across the entire subdistrict, linking it to Linyi to the east and Tengzhou to the west. The Zaoxu and Dianhan highways run north-south, connecting to Lianyungang.
