Xingtai Jinjiang Everbright City

Jinjiang Everbright City is a “European-style riverside leisure” commercial street developed by Xingtai Road & Bridge Real Estate Development Company. Located on the south bank of Qili River, between Guo Shoujing Road and Xinhua Road, it covers a total commercial building area of 120,000 square meters. The project leverages the cultural resources and ecological environment of the Qilihe New District to create a one-stop enjoyment paradise that combines business exchanges, dining and entertainment, wedding services, tourism, beauty and fitness, water recreation, and specialty commerce.

Jinjiang Everbright City consists of seven buildings aligned from east to west, spanning a total length of 815 meters, with a street width of 28 meters. The buildings are primarily three stories high, with some reaching four stories. The street’s width-to-height ratio (D/H) is maintained between 1 and 2.5, ensuring a relatively comfortable visual space and proportional relationship.

The street section is divided as follows: the middle features a 6–8 meter landscape and greenery strip serving as a lingering area; on both sides are 9–10 meter flow zones, within which the 6-meter area closest to the shops serves as a pedestrian flow zone, allowing for the passage of special vehicles (such as sightseeing carts) when necessary.
