Huai Nan Ancestral Hall is a cultural heritage site protected by the government of Dexing City.

Huai Nan Ancestral Hall is located in Xin Ying San Cun, Xin Ying Subdistrict. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is categorized as an ancient ancestral hall.

On October 21, 2018, the People's Government of Dexing City listed it as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.

Xin Ying Subdistrict: The subdistrict is situated in the southwest of the city, along the middle reaches of the Ji River. To the east it neighbors Hua Qiao Town, to the south it connects with Rao’er Town and Zhangcun Township, to the west it borders Yinchen Subdistrict and Xiangtun Subdistrict, and to the north it adjoins Sizhou Town. The total area of the subdistrict is 75 square kilometers, with a population of 37,200, of which 27,900 are non-agricultural. It administers four neighborhood committees—Wu Yuan, Nü’er Tian, Hong Shan, and Yin Lu—and three village committees—Xin Ying Yi Cun, Xin Ying Er Cun, and Xin Ying San Cun.
