Jinshan Gold Mine Ruins

The Jinshan Gold Mine Ruins are a cultural heritage protection unit of Dexing City.

The Jinshan Gold Mine Ruins are located at the Jinshan Gold Mine in Huaqiao Town. Dating back to the Song Dynasty, they are categorized as ancient mining site ruins.

On October 21, 2018, the People's Government of Dexing City designated them as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.

Huaqiao Town: Located in the central part of Dexing City, Huaqiao Town covers a total area of 157.7 square kilometers and is 19 kilometers from downtown Dexing. It governs four village committees (Huaqiao, Yutang, Huangbaiyang, Zhaolin) and four neighborhood committees (Yuanlin, Fujiawu, Liyuan, Jincheng), with a total regional population of 28,000. It is recognized as a national advanced unit in the creation of civilized towns and villages, a China Eco-Strong Town, a China Top Investment Environment Town, one of Jiangxi Province’s first “Top Ten Most Beautiful Environment Towns,” one of Jiangxi Province’s Top 50 Scientific Development Towns, and one of the top 100 leading towns on the road to a well-off society in the province.
