Qiu Cheng Town: Qiu Cheng Town is located in the southern part of the county, bordering Guantao County to the east, and connecting to Quzhou County to the south and west. It covers a total area of 75.789 square kilometers, governs 32 administrative villages and 20 natural villages, with an agricultural population of 31,168, including 1,251 Hui people. The town government is situated on the west side of the middle section of North Qiu Cheng Street, 11.5 kilometers from the county seat.

From the Han Dynasty to 1944, Qiu Cheng Town served as the seat of the Ping’en Marquisate, Yanping County, and Qiu County.
