Hongxinge · Official Kiln Porcelain Painting Academy Industrial Base is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

As a national AAA-level tourist attraction and an industrial tourism site in the ceramics field, it is situated within the ceramic industrial park under the national key industrial plan, 8 kilometers from central Jingdezhen. The site spans over 18,000 square meters in total area and more than 6,500 square meters in built-up area, featuring a blend of modern and classical architecture amid an elegant and scenic environment with flourishing plants all year round. It serves as a distinctive tourist destination integrating functions such as sightseeing, tourism, appreciation, R&D, production, sales, trade, and leisure.

The company was founded in the 1990s. Over the years, it has consistently emphasized product development and design, paying meticulous attention to detail — just as Laozi said in the Tao Te Ching: “Great tasks are accomplished by starting with what is easy, and great undertakings begin with what is small.” The company was also among the first in the industry to implement a brand strategy, establishing a strong corporate cultural image. In 2008, it held a press conference in Beijing to unveil its Red Official Kiln and Reimagined Mao Porcelain collections. Dozens of news media outlets covered the event, and the attending experts and scholars were full of praise. The subsequent on-site donation ceremony further fueled enthusiasm, sparking a domestic collecting craze for Red Official Kiln and Reimagined Mao Porcelain.

The company’s porcelain piece No. 1893 for the Zhongnanhai leadership compound is housed in the Shaoshan Mao Zedong Memorial Hall, No. 1949 is in the Jinggangshan Revolutionary History Museum, and No. 0001 is in the collection of the China Collectors Association.

At the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, the company’s product series were awarded the Gold Prize at the Eternal Expo – Chinese Culture & Art Exposition. In 2013, the company’s official commission ceramics were recognized as Jiangxi Famous Products.

Visitors can not only observe the entire process of ceramic production in the workshop but can also try their hand at creating pottery if they wish, experiencing the joy of making ceramics firsthand. They can also admire various masterpieces, antique-style ceramics, hand-painted tableware, tea sets, and custom-made porcelain in the exhibition hall. It is a truly outstanding tourist attraction in the Porcelain Capital.
