Fuzhou Celebrity Sculpture Park is a national AAAA-level scenic area and a comprehensive, open-air, large-scale urban theme park. It covers an area of 1,000 acres. The park serves as an urban-themed cultural ecological garden integrating academic research, cultural heritage, education, entertainment, tourism, and leisure.

The overall landscape of Fuzhou Celebrity Sculpture Park includes figure sculptures, landscaping, water fountains, and plaza walkways, featuring areas such as the Talents Garden, Tianyuan Difang Square, and Yunling. The most distinctive feature of the park is the display of historical celebrities from Fuzhou as sculptures for entertainment, reflection, and inspiration.

The list of 66 Fuzhou celebrity sculptures includes: Wang Anshi, Tang Xianzu, Zeng Gong, Yan Shu, Lu Jiuyuan, Jie Xuan, Yue Shi, Tan Lun, Shu Tong, Li Jingquan, Wang Xizhi, He Zongyan, Qiu Dingfan, Yan Zhenqing, Zeng Yuanzi, Zhu Xianfang, Li Ruiqing, Wu Juhou, Wei Su, You Guoen, Deng Runfu, Yuan Dezha, Sheng Zhonghua, Bao Hui, Dong Deyuan, Xie Lingyun, Dong Yu, He Wen yuan, Jie Meng, Wang Anli, Wu Bozong, Wei Wan, Zeng Bu, Zhang Sheng, Yan Jidao, Yuan Jiang, Zhang Yuanwei, Lu You, Chen Pengnian, Cai Guoyong, Jie Chongxi, Chen Zongli, Zhou Jianping, Deng Maoqi, Li Gou, Master Benji, Luo Dian, Ai Xing, Huang Huoxing, Cheng Xiaogang, Wu Daonan, Deng Conghao, Ouyang Jingwu, Luo Rufang, Rao Shushi, Wu Cheng, Rao Yutai, Huang Juezi, the Four Talents of Linchuan (Chen Jitai, Luo Wanzao, Zhang Shichun, Ai Nan Ying), Wu Shishu, Fu Lie, Yu Ruihuang, Zhao Xingnong. These statues are distributed throughout the park in a well-arranged and scattered manner.

The North Plaza is located in the northern part of the Celebrity Sculpture Park and is one of the main north-south entrance plazas, covering an area of 29,000 square meters. It continues the central axis of the administrative center. At its center stands a large bronze ding from the Spring and Autumn period, symbolizing the prosperity of Fuzhou. On both sides, there are two large electronic advertising screens, each 13 meters wide. Underground, there are four matrix music fountains. The matrix fountains change dynamically with the rhythm of the music, offering a rich variety of water patterns—sometimes surging like ocean waves, sometimes marching in soldierly unison—creating a truly spectacular sight.

The five-bay white marble gate tower, designed in the architectural style of the Ming Dynasty, stands 13.9 meters high and 33.9 meters wide. It features the seven large characters “Fuzhou Celebrity Sculpture Park,” personally inscribed by Mr. Zhang Hai, Chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers Association. The gate tower is entirely constructed from white marble blocks sourced from Beijing’s Huangshan District, with a total cost of 4 million yuan.

The park emblem was designed and created by four local Fuzhou carving artists: Wang Yinmao, Jie Xiao, Li Yongzhong, and He Hui. The nine seals are all carved in different seal script styles with the seven characters “Fuzhou Celebrity Sculpture Park,” including both positive and negative carving techniques. Among them, five are yang engravings and four are yin engravings, symbolizing the harmony of yin and yang.

The Talents Garden features sculptures of nine individuals: Wei Wan, Yan Jidao, Lu You, Xie Lingyun, Sheng Zhonghua, You Guoen, Yan Zhenqing, Li Ruiqing, and Wang Xizhi.

Tianyuan Difang Square, the central plaza, continues the central axis of the administrative center and adopts the traditional Chinese architectural concept of "Tianyuan Difang" (round sky and square earth). Located in the middle of the central axis, the circle and square are the most basic geometric forms—the circle embodies soft beauty, while the square represents neat and upright beauty. Together, they reflect the perfect combination of strength and gentleness.

The Peony Waterfront Plaza features a petal-shaped design along the water. Viewed from above, it resembles an eye-catching peony and serves as the reception area of the Celebrity Park—modern, delicate, and simple. In Peony Lake, there is a towering central fountain that is grand, layered, and majestic, making it a highlight of the park.

The Martyrs Garden features sculptures of nine individuals: Huang Huoxing, Fu Lie, Zhou Jianping, Zhao Xingnong, Rao Shushi, Huang Juezi, Jie Chongxi, Deng Maoqi, and Jie Meng.

The South Plaza’s magnificent waterside stage corresponds to the waterfront plaza across from it, much like a TV set in a living room ready to present wonderful programs. The high-rise fountain known as the “Pillar Reaching the Sky,” which reaches over 100 meters in height, interacts beautifully with the stone mountain waterfall and the music fountain.

The Academicians Garden features sculptures of ten individuals: Ai Xing, Wu Cheng, Cheng Xiaogang, Yu Ruihuang, Deng Conghao, Wu Shishu, Li Gou, Rao Yutai, Qiu Dingfan, and Zhu Xianfang.

Yunling has been artistically enhanced on the basis of its original mountain terrain using cement to create an artificial stone forest. As the highest point in the Celebrity Park, it offers a panoramic view of the entire park.

The Lotus Ferry Celebrity Park Dock is filled with charm—golden sunlight, a deep blue sky, and lotus flowers rising unstained from the mud.

The Number One Scholar Garden features sculptures of seven individuals: Dong Deyuan, Zhang Sheng, Luo Dian, Zhang Yuanwei, Wu Bozong, Wu Daonan, and Yuan Dezha.

The Prime Ministers Garden features sculptures of fourteen individuals: Chen Pengnian, Chen Zongli, Yuan Jiang, Zeng Bu, Wang Anli, Wu Juhou, Zeng Yuanzi, Deng Runfu, Bao Hui, Dong Yu, He Zongyan, Wei Su, He Wen yuan, and Cai Guoyong.
