Located three kilometers southeast of Yuncheng Town on the southeastern outskirts, beside Yunzhan Highway at Hepi Hill, the site was originally the Yuncheng Town Horticultural Farm. Later, Zhou Changqi, a labor model and villager from Yanfang Village in the town, who is also associated with a provincial-level cultural heritage protection unit, invested in building Changsheng Ecological Farm on the foundation of the horticultural farm. A large modern pig farm provides ample organic fertilizer for the 400-acre ecological orchard. The manor is filled with fragrant flowers year-round and boasts a continuous supply of fresh fruits in all seasons. With convenient transportation, it’s an ideal place for visitors to enjoy pastoral scenery and pick fresh fruits themselves. The estate includes fish ponds for visitors to fish, as well as a canteen for dining. Adjacent to the estate is a soil and water conservation project base under the Provincial Water Resources Department. Together, they can be integrated into a thousand-acre forest park, offering fresh and clean air.

Yuncheng Town: Yuncheng Town is located on the northern border of Linchuan District and serves as the northern gateway to Fuzhou. It borders Zhanshan Township of Dongxiang District to the east, neighbors Luohu Township and Changkai Town to the south, faces Luozhen Town across the Dongxiang River, and borders Baixu and Changshan Townships of Jinxian County to the northwest and southeast. The Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway, Changsha Highway, and National Highway 316 all run through the area. The town center faces the Dongxiang River, and during winter and spring, morning mist often shrouds the mountains, giving the town its name, "Cloud Mountain."
