Jinshan Resort is an investment-attracting project developed by Yunsan Town to enhance the infrastructure of its tourism industry.

The resort is located 7 kilometers north of Yunsan Street, at the foot of Jinshan Temple. National Highway 316 runs by the entrance of the resort, which lies just across the road from Meifoo International School. Within the resort area, the Hululong Reservoir covers an area of over 200 acres and features premium fishponds for fishing, as well as opportunities to develop a variety of water recreation activities. The town government has designated the usage rights of over 3,000 acres of forestland on both sides of the reservoir for the resort’s construction. The village features traditional Huizhou-style architecture, offering an antique charm. It provides comprehensive facilities for leisure, entertainment, dining, accommodation, conferences, and receptions. In particular, Jinshan Resort blends seamlessly with the Jinshan Scenic Area and stands in close proximity to Meifoo International School, exuding a strong cultural atmosphere, picturesque mountain and water scenery, and excellent transportation access. Yunsan Town: Yunsan Town is located on the northern border of Linchuan District and serves as the northern gateway to Fuzhou. To the east, it borders Zhanshan Township of Dongxiang District; to the south, it neighbors Luohu Township and Changkai Town; across the Dongxiang River lies Luozhen Town; to the northwest, it borders Baixu and Changshan Townships of Jinxian County. National expressways such as the Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway, the Changsha-Xiamen Highway, and National Highway 316 all pass through the town. The town center faces the Dongxiang River, and during winter and spring, morning mist often shrouds the area, with mountains hidden within the fog—hence the name “Yunshan” (Cloud Mountain).

Yunsan Town is situated in the northern part of Linchuan District, within the middle reaches of the Fuhe River valley terraces and hilly region.
